Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
200 grams of soft butter 2 eggs 120 grams of sugar 300 grams of flour 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1 teaspoon of cornstarch ½ teaspoon of baking soda 150 grams of hazelnuts 150 grams of pecans 200 grams of chocolate
Instructions:
Step 1: Cut the butter into cubes and place it in a bowl. Add the sugar and eggs, and mix with a mixer or fork until smooth. Step 2: In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cornstarch. Add this mixture to the butter mixture and mix again with a mixer or by hand until a dough forms. Step 3: Halve the hazelnuts and pecans, chop the chocolate into cubes, and add them to the dough. Mix well using a spoon or a special spatula. Step 4: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a spoon or an ice cream scoop to form the cookies, making sure to leave space between each cookie. Step 5: Bake the cookies at 180 degrees Celsius (fan-forced) for 14 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them sit for 5-7 minutes to set and prevent them from falling apart.
