Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 banana 50 grams of flour 1 egg 20 grams of milk ½ teaspoon of baking powder
Instructions:
Step 1 Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl. Step 2 Pour in the egg and mix well, gradually adding and stirring in the flour until the mixture reaches a homogeneous consistency. Step 3 Add the baking powder and milk. Step 4 Scoop the batter onto a preheated non-stick skillet, without oil. Cover with a lid. Step 5 Wait until bubbles start to form on the surface, then flip the pancake to the other side. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side over medium heat.
