Chicken and Rice Pilaf

Ingredients:
500 grams of rice 6 chicken drumsticks 1 carrot 1 onion 1 head of garlic 1.5 cups of water (approximately 380 ml) Salt Pepper Spices to taste
Instructions:
Step 1: Finely chop the onion. Julienne the carrot. Sauté the onion and carrot in a pan with oil. Step 2: Rinse the chicken drumsticks and pat them dry. Sear them on both sides along with the onion and carrot. Step 3: Rinse the rice in cold water several times. Step 4: Add the rice to the chicken drumsticks and pour in the water. Season with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. Mix the rice and place the head of garlic in the center. Step 5: Simmer with the lid on, without opening it, over low heat until the water is absorbed (about 30-40 minutes).
