Gluten-Free Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients:
200 grams of cottage cheese 3-4 tablespoons of gluten-free flour 1-2 tablespoons of sugar (to taste) 1 egg vanilla sugar to taste
Instructions:
Step 1 Mix cottage cheese with egg, flour, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Mix everything thoroughly. Step 2 Shape the mixture into pancakes, coating each one with flour. Step 3 Place them on a board and roll each pancake in a glass in a circular motion to make them rise (see the photo below). Step 4 Fry on a skillet with oil on both sides under a lid.
